Application Procedure
When
you have decided to become a member of San Jose JACL, please follow:
1)
print out the membership
application form (Word).
2)
fill out,
3)
make a check payable to San Jose JACL, and
4)
mail them to San Jose JACL, c/o Jeff Yoshioka, 841 Blossom Hill
Road, Suite 212, San Jose, CA 95123.
