Application Procedure
When
you have decided to become a member of San Jose JACL, please follow:
1)
print out the membership application
form (Word Document).
2)
fill out,
3)
make a check payable to San Jose JACL, and
4)
mail them to San Jose JACL, 565 North 5th St., San Jose, CA 95112.
